Hungarian MEP receives negotiating mandate
There was a bit confusion in the Committee on Foreign Affairs in the European Parlament yesterday (3rd December), when the draft report concerning the modification of the European Union's financing instrument for the promotion of democracy and human rights worldwide was on the agenda. There was no voting, however, Hungarian MEP and Co-Rapporteur Kinga Gál received a negotiating mandate in the issue.
Obama "doesn´t care" about Eastern Europe, analyst says
