The fall of the Berlin Wall in Warsaw as well
Symbolic wall has been destroyed in the centre of Warsaw to commemorate the 20. anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall. In the happening "No more walls!" took part some dozens young people from different EU countries. The event has been prepared by the Polish Schuman Foundation and the German embassy in Poland.
By bicycle along the „iron courtain”
The project "Iron Courtain Route" engages 20 countries, inclusive 14 EU-members. Poland is one of them. The route has 6 500 kilometers - it begins at the Barents Sea.
