MEPs criticize different approach in visa scrapping for the Balkans

Slovakia helps Montenegro to discuss NATO accession
Slovak development project "Montenegro on the way to the Euroatlantic family" enjoys unexpected attention of the local media. Expert warranter of the project supported by Slovak Aid is František Lipka, who oversaw the Montenegrin referendum on independence in 2006.
