EU proposes bigger 2010 budget focused on recovery
European Commission proposed a proposal for EU budget with total liabilities at 139 billion euros, or almost 1.2% GDP. In comparison to previous year, direct expenses should be higher by 6 billion euros in order to help EU economy. But the proposal on the reform has been postponed.
